I remember when I first saw the Dr. Who movie I thought-right *after* I thought 'I'm in big trouble here,' that is-this man has one of *the* most beautiful profiles I've ever seen...

Remember?

It was an unusual profile-the plane of his jaw was long yet gracefully shaped...

And his top lip pouted over the bottom...

And his nose was long and had a lovely shape-and those lines next to his nostrils...

Then, there were the lines that appear next to his eyes when he squinted-

Lizzie thinks so, too...

Sigh. The other night I was watching Hornblower and he turned to the side and I thought, 'Oh, *man,* I forgot how much I loved that profile! And I just sat there and wibbled uncontrollably for a few minutes.

Woo, I say, woo...

drool drool

GOD! You two! Have you EVER made my Saturday! I hadn't
seen a lot of those. He is so beautiful! Now that I've finally got
the "right click" thingy down........

Every time I see that man in profile, I can't help thinking of the
lines from Rod Stewart's "Isn't It Romantic?"

"I know your profile and I know the way you kiss.
Just the thing I miss, on a night like this."

God! He's beautiful! Very Happy Very Happy

*Sigh*

Oh, gosh-those convention pics. I forgot how intensely he looks at you when you're speaking to him.

I remember at one point at Galley 2004 during that "tea," I had this really weird urge, to yell, "Ohmigod- you're doing that on purpose-stop it! I can't stand it!" Because I was just so gobsmacked. Shocked Laughing

Oh, wibble, wibble...I thought I was *over* this wibbling at odd times thing.

It must be all the old fiction I've been dredging up. Cat, I'm still looking for that DaVinci fic. I haven't forgotten. Wink

No problem, Denise! I'm looking forward to reading it, but
I have some things to tide me over till you find it, and I promise
I'll vet it for you. I know how important feedback is to a writer! Smile

I'll clean up the digital photos I have from CT and repost them, as well as the Gallifrey scans because they bring back lots of pleasant memories for me, too. Smile

In Chicago, it felt like being under a spell...definitely gobsmacked. I think most of us were under the Paul spell at the time. Shocked I'm only sorry I missed the last part of the con when it India's turn to ask Paul all kinds of questions. While we were waiting in the autograph line that Sunday morning, she stopped to ask us if we had any questions that she could ask Paul on our behalf.... There were a few choice ones if I remember well. Wink

Ah, that was such a lovely time. I remembered that last interview session as being pretty rowdy. However, when I saw the video that Amanda made and that Em sent out (you have that one, don't you?), I was surprised to see that Paul was answering most questions in a straightforward manner. I guess those of us in the audience were pretty giggly.

I don't think I could ever survive a convention featuring Paul. I'd be a mess. A BIG BLUSHING GIDDY MESS!!! Embarassed Laughing

I think that very top photo says it all for me!

Yes, I do have that video...
The last session was, I think, less Dr. Who and more Paul specifically...I should have stayed for one more day....darn it!! Confused

He sure has, you don't see them very often like that. Smile

I am warming up for a PMG-evening, for my Sleeping murder DVD has arrived this week and at last I have time to watch it. So to get myself and all of you in the right mood I add some caps Estelle made (and posted elsewhere in the library).

They are from Queen of the damned. He has a beautiful profile here (and in other films too Wink )

Enjoy Smile
